Ryan Booth- Vancouver Strength Coach

Vancouver Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, and Post-Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

My name is Ryan Jefferson Booth. I am a Vancouver personal trainer and strength coach specializing in strength training, post-injury rehabilitation, and long-term physical resilience.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 1996 and have over 30 years of certified coaching experience through Ryan Booth Performance Inc. My work is built around helping people get stronger, move better, recover from injury, and feel more capable in their everyday lives.

I began my career teaching strength and mobility classes at the university level. Since then, I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including people returning from injury, people new to strength training, and people who want to build confidence with barbell training.

My coaching is based on clear instruction, smart progression, and respect for the body you are bringing into the gym that day. Whether the goal is personal training, post-injury rehab, powerlifting, or simply getting stronger without getting hurt, I focus on helping you train in a way that is effective, sustainable, and built for real life.

A Coaching Philosophy Rooted in Recovery, Breath, Strength & Conditioning.

At Ryan Booth Performance Inc., we believe true strength comes from overcoming obstacles that interrupt progress. Because injury, pain, and mental fatigue often derail training, our approach addresses these challenges directly.

Instead of ignoring recovery, we prioritize it. We integrate breathing strategies, intelligent strength training, and sustainable conditioning into every program. As a result, clients continue progressing without burnout or repeated setbacks.

Through Interruptive Linear Undulations (ILU), training adapts to real-world demands. Whether someone is returning from injury or rebuilding confidence, this system supports consistent, long-term strength.

Coaching Built For Real Results

Every client brings a unique history, body, and goal set. Therefore, training at Ryan Booth Performance never follows a one-size-fits-all model.

Programs start from the ground up. Because recovery, workload, and lifestyle all matter, training adapts accordingly. As a result, clients build durable strength instead of chasing short-term fixes.

Rather than focusing only on pain reduction, training develops resilience. So, strength gains last beyond the gym and support real life.

Decades Of Experience Focused On You

Ryan Booth brings over three decades of hands-on coaching experience. During that time, he has worked with beginners, athletes, and clients returning from injury.

Because no two bodies respond the same way, coaching adapts to individual needs. As a result, clients improve movement quality, confidence, and long-term capacity.

Ryan focuses on weight loss, nutrition guidance, sport-specific training, and post-injury rehabilitation. Whether the goal is recovery or performance, the process remains sustainable and precise.

A new way to train—we focus on building strength for better body composition. We eliminate pain, and removing the barriers that interfere with success. I invite you to come on in and take the first step towards a more mobile, resilient you. Let’s talk about how we can help you move forward with purpose.

We’ve helped thousands achieve meaningful, sustainable progress—and we’d love to show you how. (604) 803-1288
