Trigenics: How to reduce pain and increase strength

.

WHAT IS TRIGENICS?

.

Trigenics is a Neurokinetic Assessment and Myoneural Treatment

Dr. Alan Oolo Austin performs PNF on subjects Q.L.

(Did I lose you already?? Almost lost myself with that jargonbut check this out it could change your life:)

.

Are you in pain? Do you have chronic or reoccurring muscular discomfort? Here is what we do:

Trigenics is a neurological treatment  system which resets the way the brain communicates with the body to instantly relieve pain, accelerate healing and increase strength and movement.

Trigenics combines advanced exercise neurology with nerve-sensor manipulation and breathing biofeedback to trick or reset the brain into changing the way it signals the muscles and the body. Just like a PNF!  This is kind of like pushing the restart tab on your desktop.

.

Why Trigenics?

.

When muscles become injured damaged or stressed, the nerve sensors in them stop sending the proper signals to the brain. Then the brain responds by sending improper signals back down to the muscles. Sometimes the brain sends too few signals. This results in a weakening of the muscles. Sometimes the brain send too many signals. This results in “tightness”. These imbalances lead to inflammation, pain and eventual deterioration.

.

This is not a soft tissue treatment!

.

.

This is the ability to test and assess weaken or shortened muscles and correct the problem before injury can occur. This is also a tool for rehabilitation to help muscle heal at a rate unheard of before.

.

As a trainer, my ability to assess ability and dysfunction determine my ability to provide the best guidance. I hate when my clients, or anyone I know is in pain. I consider it an insult. Imagine if all those nagging injuries went away. No more chronic low back or neck pain. No more shoulder pain. Muscular dysfunction stopped before it becomes pain. Old injuries, finally functional.
